This applies especially to Lukas since he joins early. Keep in mind that you might want to wait until Lukas or Forsyth become knights so they get the strength and defense boost before giving them the pitchfork. To me, it seems much better to turn them into mercenaries than to keep them at knight or baron. When they get to Dread Fighters, they’ll also half enemy magic damage taken as well as get 7 movement. The base speeds for the entire Mercenary line should allow them to keep their speeds high enough to double most enemies until you get to late game. They’ll retain their high strength and defense but also have their speed boosted up to 10, which allows them to double a lot of things in the early to mid game. You can promote any of the three knights that you get (Lukas, Forsyth, or Valbar) and turn them into mercenaries. Also, keep in mind that we will get three pitchforks in total once all of the Mila's Bounty DLCs have been released. This post will be geared towards using the pitchfork so that it can affect your gameplay in the main campaign. You can also give any male character the chance to get Dread Fighter and just loop them back to villager again and again until you max their stats. If you really want you could give anybody the pitchfork and then reclass them into whatever class they were before so that they gain a bunch of levels. I’d also like to note that these strategies assume that you aren’t in the post-game.

I’ve thought about some strategies that you can use and I want to share them with you guys today!ĭisclaimer: I won’t claim to be the most knowledgeable FE player here, so if there’s some error in my logic or another suggestion that you think would be good, then please feel free to add your thoughts to the discussion.

So with the release of the Pitchfork through Mila’s Bounty 2, a lot of people have been asking who to use it on.
